TOGETHER JULY – AUGUST 2022
From selling books to writing them
TRADE NEWS Raymond Banks has worked in the trade for an incredible thirty-four
years, but in 2019 he turned his hand from selling books to writing
them. Tiny Tales is a book of eloquently retold New Testament Bible
stories, pitched for entertaining and instructing children aged 3-6 years.
Additionally, each tale is complimented with full-colour illustrations from
the talented graphic designer of Eikon Bible Art, Graeme Hewitson,
perfectly bringing Raymond’s words to life. This year, postponed by the
pandemic, comes the second book in the series – Tiny Tales: Stories
from the Old Testament. The adventures of well-known Bible characters
Adam and Eve, Noah, David and Goliath, and Jonah, are all told simply,
accurately, and engagingly, ensuring that these books become firm
